Safeguarding is not a claim we make in a blog post — it is a status shown publicly on every teacher's profile, and it must be true before it is shown. Here is exactly what happens before anyone teaches your child.
1. Identity verification
Every teacher's identity is checked against government-issued ID before they ever appear on the platform.
2. Background check
A background check completed in the teacher's own country of residence before they teach a single class — alongside the ID verification above, so the person on screen is exactly who their profile says they are.
3. Ijazah & qualification review
We personally review each teacher's Ijazah chain and teaching qualifications before approval — and the result is shown on their public profile.
4. Supervised trial class
Every teacher completes a supervised trial class before ever being assigned a paying student.

Filter our teacher directory by gender and language, read real bios, and request a specific teacher by name — or go straight to our female teachers page if that's your preference.
If your child doesn't click with their teacher
The trial class exists specifically so you can check fit before committing — it's a no-obligation checkpoint, not a sales pitch. We keep a student's teacher consistent once things are working well, since that continuity genuinely helps progress. But if it isn't working, at the trial stage or later, tell us and we'll match your child with a different teacher — no awkward conversation required.
If you ever have a concern
Contact our admin team immediately at any point during your enrollment — by email, WhatsApp, or by replying to any confirmation email you've received. Because every class is logged with a timestamp and teacher-submitted notes, we can review any concern against a real record rather than relying on memory or guesswork.
Safeguarding isn't a one-time check either. Vetting status, class logs, and progress notes stay attached to every teacher for as long as they teach on the platform, so accountability doesn't end after onboarding.
