Frequently asked questions
Is the teacher female?
Yes. Every class at Saba Quran is currently taught by Saba Afzal, a female teacher who holds an Ijazah.
Can I join if I have never read the Quran?
Yes. Many of our students are adults learning to read for the first time, including new Muslims and lifelong Muslims starting from scratch.
Are the classes private?
Classes are live and 1-on-1 with your teacher, and they are not recorded.
What languages are classes taught in?
Classes can be taught in English, Urdu and Arabic, so explanations can move between languages to suit the student.
How much do the classes cost?
Plans start from $4 per class for 30-minute classes ($76 a month), $9 per class for 1-hour classes ($180 a month) and $15 per class for the 90-minute plan ($300 a month). All plans are billed monthly with live 1-on-1 classes Monday to Friday, and prices are shown in your local currency on the pricing page.
