Teach with Saba Quran
Teach the Quran Online With Saba Quran
We are looking for patient, well-trained Quran teachers who want to teach live, one-to-one classes from home to children and adults around the world — with the students, scheduling and class tools handled by the academy.
Why teach with us
What the role looks like in practice, without promises we cannot keep.
Flexible online teaching
Teach live over video from your own home. You tell us the days and hours you can offer and we plan classes around them.
Students supplied by the academy
Families find us through the academy, not through you. We take the enquiries, run the free trial classes and match students to teachers.
Paid monthly by bank transfer
Teachers are paid once a month by bank transfer. The pay model is explained in the interview, so you can ask every question before you decide.
Tools that keep classes organised
A teacher portal for your schedule, class notes and student progress, so each lesson builds on the last and parents see what was taught.
Who we look for
- Ijazah or very strong Tajweed. An Ijazah in the Quran is preferred. If you do not hold one yet, tell us about your training and your recitation will be reviewed.
- Teaching experience with children, adults, or both. Patience with beginners matters as much as knowledge.
- Women and men are welcome to apply. Many families, especially for girls and women, ask for a female teacher and we honour that when we match, so we are glad to hear from female teachers in particular. See our safeguarding approach.
- A quiet room, a computer, a stable connection and a headset for live video classes.
- Comfort being vetted. Every teacher goes through the steps below, including references and a police or background certificate.

Teaching with Saba Quran: common questions
Do I need an Ijazah to apply?
An Ijazah in the Quran is preferred. If you do not hold one, you can still apply if your Tajweed is very strong. Tell us about your training and your recitation will be reviewed as part of the process.
Can men and women both apply?
Yes. Women and men are both welcome to apply. Many families, especially for girls and women, ask for a female teacher, and we take that preference into account when matching students to teachers.
How are teachers paid?
Teachers are paid monthly by bank transfer. The pay model is explained in the interview, so you can ask about it before you decide.
Do I have to find my own students?
No. Students come to the academy. We handle enquiries, free trial classes and matching, and you teach the students assigned to you.
What equipment do I need?
A quiet room, a laptop or desktop computer, a stable internet connection and a headset or good microphone. Classes are live, one-to-one video lessons.
What happens after I apply?
We review your application, may message you on WhatsApp, and then follow our process: recitation review, reference checks, a demo class and a probation period. Sending the form does not guarantee a place.
Will you check my background?
Yes. We ask for references and for a police or background certificate from your country, where one is available. You confirm that you understand this when you apply.
Can I apply from outside Pakistan?
You can apply from any country. Tell us your time zone and the hours you can teach, and we will see whether they match the students we have.
