Frequently asked questions
How does the class finder work?
It uses a fixed set of rules, not artificial intelligence. Your answers about level, goal and available time are matched to a starting course and a 30, 60 or 90-minute plan, and the reasons are shown so you can see why. Nothing you choose is sent to us until you click through to book a trial.
Is the recommendation final?
No. It is a starting point. In your free trial class the teacher listens to you or your child read and may suggest a different starting level, which is common and nothing to worry about.
What if I am not sure of my level?
Choose the closest answer, or the lower level if in doubt. A beginner level done well never wastes time, and the teacher will move you forward as soon as you are ready.
Which plan length is best for young children?
Younger children usually concentrate best in shorter sessions, so the 30-minute plan is the usual starting point for under-sevens. Older children and adults can choose a longer plan if they have the time to practise between classes.
How much do the plans cost?
Plans are priced per class and billed monthly for 20 classes, Monday to Friday. See the price calculator for exact amounts, sibling and longer-term savings. Payment is by bank/wire transfer after the free trial class.
Learn with a teacher, one-to-one
A chart or a planner helps, but correct pronunciation comes from a teacher who can hear you. Book a free trial class (no card required) or message us with any question. Paid classes are settled by bank/wire transfer after the free trial.
